He represents a varied clientele including government entities, corporations, partnerships, and individuals and has handled lawsuits involving breach of contract, real estate disputes, consumer protection issues, shareholders’ rights, and fraud. Mr. Benhayoun also counsels his clients on how to best avoid lawsuits by advising them throughout the lifespan of their business activities. In this capacity, he is involved in the early stages of business creation, contract formation, negotiation, real estate development and regulatory compliance, and non- adversarial conflict resolution.
Mr. Benhayoun began his career at Moore and Associates as a Summer Associate in 2019. He continued to work at the firm while simultaneously attending classes full-time at the Georgetown University Law Center. Mr. Benhayoun has a Juris Doctorate from the Georgetown University Law Center and a bachelor’s degree in Talmudic Law from Ner Israel Rabbinical College.
Mr. Benhayoun is admitted to practice law in Maryland and Florida.
