With over 25 years of HR business experience, Denise Messineo is Moore & Associates’ Human Resources Manager. She specializes in leadership development and civil treatment in the workplace. 

Denise holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Technical Management from the University of Maryland University College and a Master of Science degree in Applied Behavioral Science from Johns Hopkins University. She earned the Senior Professional in Human Resources designation with HRCI as well as a SHRM Senior Certified Professional. Denise received her paralegal certificate from Anne Arundel Community College while working as an insurance investigator early in her career.
